For more than four decades, the Tuck Diversity Business Programs have delivered high-impact business education for entrepreneurs through regular executive education programs online and on the Dartmouth campus in Hanover, NH, and through outreach programs in all 50 states. All programs are led by Tuck’s acclaimed faculty members, who are experienced in helping business leaders find practical solutions to their biggest challenges. Faculty understand the daily challenges that entrepreneurs face and translate them into plans to drive results, establish a supply-chain role, grow strategically, and increase profits.
Building a Successful Diverse Business focuses on the core business tools that new owners need to successfully establish their businesses in an increasingly demanding marketplace. The one-week program is designed for entrepreneurs who need to build a strong foundation of business knowledge and learn how to gain competitive advantage in their value chains.
Growing an Established Diverse Business enables participants in established businesses to accelerate their growth. This follow-up program to Building a Successful Diverse Business helps participants overcome the challenges that business owners encounter after several years of successful growth and helps them evaluate their future growth alternatives: organic growth, strategic alliances, or acquisitions.
The Digital Excellence Program helps diverse business leaders leverage leading-edge digital technologies to accelerate growth opportunities for emerging and established businesses of all sizes. Taught in collaboration with Google, the program takes place twice a year and is usually timed and located to coincide with the annual NMSDC and WBENC conferences.
Designed specifically for supplier diversity and procurement professionals at all levels of their career, the Supplier Diversity Professional Excellence Program teaches cutting-edge supply-chain management, how to build a business case for supplier diversity, and how to develop suppliers to optimize the competitive advantage of an integrated value chain. The curriculum helps these professionals better serve their internal corporate customers and the diverse businesses they are dedicated to supporting.

The impact of our programs is meaningful and vast: as we support the growth of our participants and their companies, they in turn create jobs and opportunity in their communities. Many participants go on to mentor other diverse entrepreneurs, which only contributes to the broader prosperity our programs can bring.
For sponsoring companies, the impact is equally significant. Because Tuck understands the very real needs of corporations, our programs focus on helping participants realize the full potential of their value to the supply chain. Many sponsors find that their participants are able to make immediate improvements to their business that help optimize sponsor’s business supply chain objectives.
